Effect of Ultrasonic Pretreatment on Drying Rate and Dimensional Stability of Samanea saman Merr.
为解决雨木(Samanea saman Merr.)干燥周期长、干燥质量不佳等问题,以超声波频率25 kHz,功率340 W,时间分别为30、60、90 min的条件,对雨木进行预处理,探究超声波预处理对雨木干燥速率、尺寸稳定性以及相对结晶度的影响。结果表明;超声波预处理时间越长,雨木试件干燥速率越快,尺寸稳定性越好;超声波预处理亦能增加雨木的相对结晶度。综合干燥速率和能耗,本试验条件下雨木超声波预处理最优时间为60 min。
Abstract
To improve the drying rate and drying quality of Samanea saman Merr., the wood samples were pretreated under the conditions of ultrasonic frequency of 25 kHz, power of 340 W, and time of 30, 60, and 90 minutes. The effects of ultrasonic pretreatment on relative crystallinity, drying rate and dimensional stability of Samanea saman Merr. were explored. The results showed that drying speed and dimensional stability were improved along with the increasing pretreatment time; the ultrasonic pretreatment increased its relative crystallinity. Considering the drying rate and energy consumption, the optimal ultrasonic pretreatment time of Samanea saman Merr. under this test condition was 60 minutes.
