Effects of Sample Requirements and Observation Illuminant on Wood Fluorescence Properties of Pterocarpus Species
To optimize detection conditions of wood fluorescence properties of Pterocarpus species, influence of sample requirements and observation illuminant on wood fluorescence properties were studied using fluorescence spectra, UV-vis absorption spectra and visual observations. In comprehensive consideration of wood preciousness, sample making process, fluorescence precipitation rate, fluorescence intensity and detection method universality, detection conditions were determined. The results provided a scientific test method for wood fluorescence identification of Pterocarpus species.
