摘要

总结笔者团队在重组装饰材生产工艺技术和产品开发等方面的创新,包括原木和木方封端技术、漂白池pH值自动调节系统、卧式染缸设备、非醛胶的应用及高频胶合工艺;以及高耐光色牢度、阻燃、免漆等科技木新产品,提出今后重组装饰材生产工艺和设备改进的重点。

Abstract

The authors summazized the latest technologies developed by themselves for making reconstituted decorative lumber, including end sealing for logs and reconstituted decorative lumber, veneer bleaching and dyeing, automatic pH value adjusting system during veneer bleaching, horizontal dying sink,formaldehyde-free adhesives application and high-frequency bonding processes. Further development of high performance reconstituted decorative lumber/veneer like high color fastness, flame retardancy and painting-free products was also presented.
