In ordinary particleboard reinforcing procedure with woven glass fabric, the fiberglass is pressed by particles and appeared waved. The situation decreases reinforcing function of the fiberglass. In order to avoid this event, a twice forming and pressing technology was developed. Experiment results showed that modules of rupture( MOR ) and modules of elasticity( MOE ) of the board increased by 10%, respectively compared with ordinarily reinforced particleboard with fiberglass. In this study, various coupling agents were also used to improve strength of particleboard.
