This paper took a Chinese particleboard plant for example. A syste-malic tecknology investigation using raw material both from the plant and theWKI (Fraunhofer-Institute for Woodresearch) was carried out at the WK1.Theexperiment design and data calculation were processed with a statis tical me-thod.The results showed that the consumption of raw material could be de-creased, the quality of particleboard could be improved and the benefit could beincreased with some measures in the production prosess.Under certain technologyconditions, the binder consumption could be reduced by 30 percent.
