在家具个性化、定制化的新潮流中,以实木成品家具为主的传统实木家具行业处于市场低迷状态,在全屋整装、高端定制趋势下,借助智能制造、数字化生产和信息化管理,实木整装成为传统实木家具行业转型的重要途径。行业转型需要实现三大模式的转变:库存模式向订单模式的转变、经验模式向需求模式的转变、贸易模式向服务模式的转变。针对转变过程中存在的难点问题,提出有限度客制和柔性化生产两条解决途径,并以建立智能工厂为目标,通过生产制造、设计研发和品牌营销方面的模式更新,传统实木家具行业向实木整装转变具有可能性与可行性。
In the new trend of personalization and customization, the traditional solid wood furniture industry, specifically solid wood finished furniture is in the market downturn. Under the trend of whole-house decoration and high-end customization, with the assistance of intelligent manufacturing, digital production, and information management, solid-wood decoration has become an important way to reform the traditional solid wood furniture industry. Three major modes need to be realized: the transformation from the inventory mode to order mode, from the experience mode to demand mode, and from the trade mode to service mode. This paper proposes two solutions: the limited customer system and flexible production. The goal is to establish an intelligent factory, which provides an option for the transformation of the solid wood furniture industry. Through the mode update of production, design and development, and brand marketing, it is possible and feasible to transform the traditional solid wood furniture industry to solid wood decoration industry.
