摘要

“大云物移”时代，市场竞争早已由企业之间的竞争转变为供应链之间的抗衡。家具制造企业作为家具供应链上的一个核心节点，其质量成本影响整条供应链的竞争优势。分析家具制造企业的质量成本管控现状及问题，提出要以集约化管理为抓手，打造云技术的管理体系，利用云档案、云会计、云外包、云督导与云审计等手段，通过责任追究制、热炉法则、第三方查验、问题控制库与补木桶效应短板等途径，对企业质量成本进行有效地管控。其作用既能增强家具制造企业的全员质量成本管控意识，又能调控企业资源的合理利用，从而提升家具供应链的核心竞争力。

Abstract

In the era of big data, cloud computing, the Internet of Things, and mobile platform internet, furniture manufacturing enterprises have been shifting their focuses on applying cloud-based technology to achieve an intensive management system. By means of cloud archives, cloud accounting, cloud outsourcing, cloud supervision, and cloud audit, the enterprises can effectively control the quality cost through accountable systems, the hot stove rule, third-party inspection, the problem control database, and the short board effect. The benefits of cloud-based technology are to not only enhance the employee's awareness of quality and cost control, but also regulate the rational utilization of resources and heighten the core competitiveness of the furniture supply chain.
