摘要

针对单板旋切时，原木轴向移动造成的刀具阻塞、原木拧劈或设备损坏的问题，对现有无卡轴旋切机进行改进设计：在原有结构上增加检测和复位装置。将检测及时性、旋切位置、复位机构误动作作为考虑因素，确定检测装置安装位置、最佳复位导程；设计检测、复位装置与旋切机互锁，确保旋切过程中复位机构不误动作。运用极限原理进行数据分析与对比，验证改进装置的可行性，检测和复位装置可在3 s内实现自动化检测与复位，提升单板旋切生产线安全性能与工作效率。

Abstract

There have been a number of issues caused by the log axial displacement during the veneering peeling, such as blade jamming, log splitting, and/or equipment damage. The existing shaftless lathe machine was improved by installing the detecting and resetting devices. Considering the factors such as detecting efficiency, the rotary cutting position, and the resetting mechanism error, the installation position of the detecting device and the optimum resetting guide were determined; the detecting and resetting devices were designed to be interlocked with the rotary cutting machine to ensure that the reset mechanism is correct during the rotary cutting process. Data analysis and comparison were performed using the limit theory to verify the feasibility of the improved device. The log axial detection and reset were conducted by the new designed devices automatically within 3 s; the safety performance and work efficiency were improved significantly in the veneer peeling production line.
