摘要

家居产业作为劳动力密集型传统产业和生活关联型的民生产业,"个性化定制,柔性化生产"已成为产业未来发展的强大引擎。从"工业4.0"与"中国制造2025"、定制与大规模定制、家具与家居的定制模式等方面,阐述家居产业应该立足于坚实的工业基础,积极探索"制造业+互联网",实现产业转型升级和创新发展。

Abstract

German Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025 Plan have become the hottest focus for the manufacturing industry and social economic development in China.Mass customization and flexible production has become a powerful engine for the development of the furniture and home furnishings industry.This paper introduced the following concepts:Internet thinking, Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025 Plan, customization and mass customization, a custom manufacturing model for furniture and home furnishings, etc.It further suggests that the furniture and home furnishings industry in China should further solidify its industrial foundation and implement Industry 4.0 and Made in China 2025 Plan to actively explore "manufacturing+Internet" and realize transformation and upgrading by innovative development.
