基于曲面生成路径的实木异形零部件分类方法
Classification of Specially Shaped Solid Wood Components based on Generation Paths of Curved Surfaces

通过采集实木异形零部件的尺寸、结构、工艺和应用场景等属性指标,对实木异形零部件进行横切处理,确定其横断面特征。基于横断面沿纵向延伸生成曲面的路径,将曲面划分为挤出形曲面与扫掠形曲面,并实现零部件曲面与对应类别的精准匹配,得到挤出形零部件和扫掠形零部件。根据横断面沿中轴线旋转生成曲面的路径,将曲面划分为回转形曲面与螺旋形曲面,完成零部件曲面与对应类别的匹配,形成回转形零部件和螺旋形零部件。若零部件横断面与纵向延展方向均为复杂曲线,则其归类为自由形曲面,并匹配对应零部件曲面,最终形成自由形零部件;同时对不同类别零部件的曲面进行数学描述,以满足实际生产需求。在此基础上,简要阐述分类后零部件的加工工艺和适用设备,明确加工流程,确保分类结果可指导生产实践,为定制化实木家具企业的生产优化与效率提升提供理论依据和实践参考。
The specially shaped solid wood components are subjected to cross-sectional processing for determining their cross-sectional characteristics. Based on the path of generating surfaces along the longitudinal extension of the cross-section
the surfaces can be divided into extruded surfaces and swept surfaces
which assist to achieve and precise matching of part surfaces with corresponding categories. Furthermore
based on the path of the cross-section rotating along the central axis to generate the surface
the surface can be divided into a rotating surface and a spiral surface
completing the matching of the part surface with the corresponding category
forming a rotating part and a spiral component. If both cross-section and longitudinal extension direction of a component are complex curves
it can be classified as a free-form surface matching the corresponding part surface
ultimately forming a free-form component. Simultaneously
the surfaces of different categories of components can be mathematically described to meet actual production needs. On this basis
this study examined the attribute indicators
including size
structure
process
and application scenarios
of existing specially shaped solid wood components
briefly explained the processing technology and applicable equipment of the classified components
and clarified the processing flow
which ensured that the precise classification results could guide production practice and provided theoretical basis and practical reference for the production optimization and efficiency improvement of customized solid wood furniture enterprises.
