己唑醇处理马尾松的野外耐久性能

为探究己唑醇(Hex)、铜氨(胺)己唑醇(CuH)等制剂处理材的野外耐久性能,以马尾松(
Pinus massoniana
)为试验材料,采用真空浸渍处理工艺,依据GB/T 27655—2011《木材防腐剂性能评估的野外埋地试验方法》,将Hex水溶性微乳液和CuH制剂处理试样进行埋地测试,确定其耐腐朽和防白蚁性能。结果显示,在木材腐朽中等危害区域(Z2)的北京试验场,载药量为1.96~2.92 kg/m
3
的CuH处理材野外埋地10年后耐腐完好指数为10,耐腐性能良好;载药量为0.052~0.131 kg/m
3
的Hex处理材埋地4年后,耐腐完好指数≥9.0,发生轻微腐朽。在木材腐朽和白蚁危害严重区域(Z4)的广州试验场,载药量为2.37~2.94 kg/m
3
的CuH处理材在野外埋地10年后,耐腐朽及抗白蚁性能较好,耐腐完好指数≥9.85,抗白蚁完好指数≥6.10。在Z2及Z4区域户外与土壤接触的使用环境中,当载药量一致时,CuH处理马尾松的耐久性能与铜氨(胺)戊唑醇/丙环唑(CuPT)处理材相当。
In order to evaluate the field durability of treated masson pine with hexaconazole (Hex) and CuH
respectively
according to the National Standard GB/T 27655—2011“
Method of evaluating wood preservatives by field tests with stakes
”
the wood samples were impregnated with Hex micro emulsions through the vacuum process. The decay and termite resistance indexes of Hex and CuH treated wood were calculated
the natural durability was determined. The results showed that at Beijing field test site
located in medium biological hazard zone (Z2)
the decay resistance indexes of all CuH treated Masson pines were 10 after 10 years at the retention level of 1.96~2.92 kg/m
3
; and the decay resistance indexes of all Hex treated wood were above 9.0 after 4 years at the retention level of 0.052~0.131 kg/m
3
. At Guangzhou test site
located in severe biological hazard zone (Z4)
the decay resistance indexes of all the Masson pine treated with CuH were above 9.85
and the termite resistance indexes were above 6.10 at the retention level of 2.37~2.94 kg/m
3
after 10 ye
ars. The durability of Masson pine treated with CuH was equivalent to that of treated with cupraamine / ammonia / tebuconazole / propiconazole (CuPT) at the same retention levels in both Z2 and Z4.
